Egal ob Skifahrer oder Snowboarder, egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene: Tirol hat für jeden Skifahr- und Snowboard-Typ etwas zu bieten. Die Auswahl an Skigebieten in Tirol ist so groß wie nirgendwo sonst in den Alpen. Vom kleinen Familienskigebiet über riesige Wintersport-Arenen bis zur ganzjährig geöffneten Gletscherpiste, erfüllt das Land alle Träume von Skifahrern und Snowboardern.
Um genau zu werden, gibt es in Tirol mehr als 80 Skigebiete mit insgesamt rund 3.000 Pistenkilometern. Das Besondere ist aber, dass bei uns jeder etwas findet. Doch was, wenn man noch nie Ski gefahren ist, nun aber damit anfangen möchte? Kein Problem. Wir Tiroler haben über 300 Skischulen, die dich an diesen faszinierenden Sport heranführen. Wer auf Freestyle steht, für den sind die Snowparks eine super Möglichkeit die akrobatischen Sprünge zu üben. Und auch die zahlreichen Après-Ski-Möglichkeiten garantieren Spaß bis in die Nacht! So kann Langeweile gar nicht aufkommen. Außerhalb der Saison unterwegs: Auch das geht in unseren Gletscherskigebieten, die bis zu zwölf Monate im Jahr geöffnet sind.
