The food and beverage industry is one of the most important sectors in Vienna’s visitor economy, which is a key beneficiary of the wide range of culinary choice and high quality in several ways. As the only cuisine to be named after a city, Viennese cuisine is not only synonymous with hospitality and the city’s premium aspirations, it also brings the capital and its heritage to life in a tangible way. With the goal of delivering long-term added value for guests and residents, the Vienna Tourist Board invited representatives from the food and drink sector to join the discussion.
